401(k)
One of the most popular investing options, enables you to save for your retirement. A 401(k) plan is a retirement savings plan funded by employee contributions and the employer often makes matching contributions.

IRAs
Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) allows a person to save money for use in retirement, whether covered by an employer-sponsored pension plan or not, while deferring taxes on the account's earnings.

Stocks
The stock market is an option, although it can be riskier.

Mutual Funds
A type of investment in which the money of many investors is pooled together to buy a portfolio of different securities. The fund is managed by a professional who invests in stocks, bonds, options, money market instruments or other securities.
